Sono Bello Class Action Lawsuits
There have been several class action lawsuits filed against Sono Bello, a medical spa chain specializing in body contouring and cosmetic procedures. These lawsuits allege various claims, including:

3. Medical Negligence:
- Lawsuit by the family of Aura Javellana (2023): This lawsuit alleges that Sono Bello was negligent in providing liposuction surgery to Aura Javellana, resulting in her death. The family reached a $1.8 million settlement with Sono Bello in December 2023.
